Yes we can access with a VPN to play gambling even though the government has blocked the site. there are many countries may implement this but the percentage of gamblers is actually growing day by day because gambling is a very easy thing to make money which is able to attract people to become active gamblers. but if the government has implemented strict enough rules it would be nice to stop playing in such conditions, we can divert gambling addiction to other things and if the situation starts to be safe or there are no more silent raids then we can choose to keep gambling again or stop completely.
