Most of the games you mention are fairly easy to find on internet casinos, so it should not be a problem for you if those are your preferred kind of gambling activities.
On the other hand, we have also discussed in this thread about the possibility of casinos implementing multiplayer board games, while I and other users agree this would be a good idea some others are not so sure on its profitability since the matches could be very long in comparison to a slot spin or poker.

As you said, those are not in the category of gambling but hopefully some casino will take a step forward and experiment with those in order to create a new category.
I'd like to see their own version of Monopoly or those war games.
