hard to accept the reality but he must take it that he already loss all that funds because he once trust a Scam casino , now I believe that he had learned his lesson and will never deposit and play in any casino that is new to him , because of this kind of experience.

I only told that to him/her in order to try to help him/her to realize the money is gone, in a very respectful way, there is no need to mock or make fun of victims.
Reality can be hard to accept in cases like this one indeed, and while I have seen people that become aware they got scammed and move on in life after a few days, this person continued to beg here hoping to get their 500$ back, which led me to think it must be a person who may be going through depression or anxiety over the lost of funds. You say she/he learnt a lesson with this but I think that one only learn the lesson once one accepted the loss and moved on, which this victim had not done by the time I talked to her/him.
