How do we know that his P2P account wasn't hacked like his gmx email?

That's the thing about the investigation - all communications dating after the email he wrote to Mike Hearn "I moved on to other things" are untrustworthy and should be classified as alleged, since we do not know for sure whether it was indeed him who wrote those messages.
