I agree with decodx that the platform has no right to ask for KYC since they are unregulated by the government.
Well, the casino has the right to do anything they want, that's how casinos works, they sate the rules and if the users aren't agree to those rules, then they can leave the site.
The problem about provide KYC to a not regulated site is: If the site have a hack and your data gets leaked, then there is a not a real company to blame or to sue. That's why isn't recommended to provide your data to sites that we don't trust.
By the way, a big -1 for the thread tittle, that no KYC is a lie.
