Yes they are in the business for more time now, so it’s high time that they should be more professional.
A customer support is indeed required inside the site to resolve queries, doubts and confusions etc. What will the user do if he doesn’t visit this forum? How will he/she contact the site’s team in case of any confusion and difficulties?

Maybe they have other contact details there like an email address or messaging platform ex. telegram and discord. That should do the work other than this forum. Anyone can sign up here in bitcointalk and it's not even time consuming however I think newbie accounts are restricted to send a pm. The best thing that they can do is to post a reply on futuur's ann topic.
