It is the right thing to not ask for KYC since they don't have the right legally to ask for anyone's information because they can't give an excuse like the authority asking them to. I agree with decodx that the platform has no right to ask for KYC since they are unregulated by the government.
Well, to be fair, you also have a right not to sign up on such unregulated casinos that may collect your KYC at one point, don't you? 
IMO, I already detest the casino given that they put a bold claim on NO KYC in the title, yet they actually ask for it whenever they want. It's a huge trap for noobs who don't read threads or don't even read terms of service when signing up.
