Since as you can see I am new to this whole process. I am able to provide proof of income, recent pay stubs, etc... if asked too.

You do not meet the requirements for a no collateral loan -If you have proof of income and paystubs, go to a proper bank or try /r/borrow. For collateral, it's clearly stated what is accepted as valid collateral. Feel free to PM me what it is if it qualifies.
