That's another thing to take into consideration that you need to play at some trusted platforms in order to give yourself any chance of winning. I haven't played at the site which OP mentioned but there are chances that some casinos may scam by giving no transparency in their games and making you lose all the games. Some new gamblers are not aware of probably fair games and they just think that they are unlucky all the time.
