Well said. The problem is that most gamblers aren't aware of terms like house edge etc which is why they end up blaming the casino whenever they lose without providing sufficient proof to support their statements.

Op is clearly one of them. If crazy time was actually rigged, it would have gotten banned immediately and its operator would have gotten screwed royally.

Unawareness and having unenough information about the terms of the game will surely lead to disappointments when losing. It will come to a point that the player would blame and accuse the game of being rigged without being mindful of the rules. When losing, it doesn't mean that a site is cheating or not providing fair play. Let's just accept the fact that we can't win over the house so the possibility of losing will always exist.
