besides he has spidey sense, superman however does not, he's more agile and could easily avoid being hit by superman
If superman just grabs spidey - he's dead. Superman is far stronger, and could just break his neck with 1 hand or burn him with his eyes, or just fly to space to suffocate him. What can spidey do?
he can't fly to space with him because spidey can grab building with his web therefore maintaining his positions on earth
he can't just break his neck with 1 hand because spiderman has the spider sense and therefore would know superman is attacking him and could dodge the attack and place a new counter attack on superman
superman is stronger but spiderman is faster and more agile
strenght means shit, just as in real world, it takes only a small portion in a fight
besides spiderman can just get superman tangled inside his web and kick his sorry ass..
