I thought I had already seen all the nonsense arguments that some scam casinos like to give to not pay customers, but this is the first time I read that the scam casino can also ask for a marriage certificate, I honestly can't understand why they would ask for a marriage certificate ? these scammers have no limits, they think people are too stupid not to realize that it doesn't make sense for them to ask for certain documents and worse than asking for a high resolution photo when the person has already sent them a very visible photo is another thing that irritates, and irritates because the damned ask for all this but they are anonymous.

posting the problem here on the forum is a good thing because it can price the casino to solve the problem, but the casinos have a big weapon: "their TOS", even if the customer is right, but if the casino claims that the customer has too many accounts so who else can deny if the casino is the only one that has customer records? that's the problem
