God bless you for this very good insight of yours. I am a strong Cristiano Ronaldo supporter but his action this last match I don't support it. He deserves any punishment given to him by the coach. there should be a standard in any football club or team and the standard should not be targeted only junior players, as you pointed out Ronaldo had initially worked out of the Team during pre-season and it was overlooked by the Coach and everyone else.
He then leveraged on that and did exactly the same thing against Tottenham. If he was left unpunished, it therefore means that all players including the junior ones would walk out of the team. now the greatest of them all have been punished for the offence no one of them will ever think of doing that in the future. I applaud ETH for that very courage.

Every action ten Hag is taking concerning Ronaldo is caused by Ronaldo attitude, right from the pre-season time Ronaldo have so arrogant that is the coach always put him on bench not to have enough time to play. Ronaldo and Ten Hag don't have a good relationship and it is affecting Ronaldo. Because of this attitude issues of Ronaldo, Ten Hag never rely on him as a legend who can always help Manchester United despite the vital role he played for Manchester United last season but Ten Hag still believes he can do without christiano Ronaldo and the truth is that Manchester United is doing well with Ronaldo's contribution.
