Gambling in the crypto world grew insanely high, which means you would be getting huge amounts back, and casinos are getting bigger so their profit margin could grow smaller. But this place hasn't grown that much, which means it is not getting that much attention anymore, and that could be what your friend was talking about.

That is mainly because there are so many casinos out there these days, which begs the question how do we make our decisions on which one is good and which one is bad. I know that when it was just a few casinos, it was basically either good or bad, but now that there are a lot more that means there are situations where places which are obviously bad, but there are also places which are obviously good, but there are also a ton of places that are right in the middle, just like bitsler.

The number of casinos decides this, if you have 5, then you wouldn't have this problem, but when you have 500+ places then you can't just make it all bad/good and nothing in between.

I feel that its harsh to call Bitsler a bad casino, because each casino has a budget and they need to stick with it to survive in this competitive industry. Furthermore theres no set guidelines which makes a casino great, but for me I would prefer payouts to be on time and support to be responsive and till Bitsler is doing both we should give them some more time and not list them under the bad casinos category.
