so, your account is not locked. only your balance on the platform is lost. or maybe a withdrawal that has already been processed and is pending review from the team. that makes the balance in your account 0.

This is not very convenient, but maybe the casino sees something suspicious from your account activity.

If the situation goes on for so long without any result, I suggest you PM Hhampuz to see if he can help get in touch with the owners of the casino but be rest assured you will get back your money if you didn't breach any terms of service.
because the casino representative on the forum has been inactive for quite a while. there's nothing wrong with asking the campaign manager for help. I'm not sure this will help very well. because he is not part of the team but does have contacts with the team regarding the campaign.
but before PM Hhampuz, I guess the OP should prepare some proof that hasn't been attached. proof of deposit or withdrawal transfer will help. as well as proof of conversation with support.
