3 years ago I opened an account on Cloudbet, I made a deposit of about 0.29BTC, I played on the account and reached 0.92BTC. After that I could not log into the account. I wrote to support, and they replied that the account was frozen and that they would contact me via email. After that they stopped responding to my email. Every 2-3 months I send them an email, but no one answers, now I have decided to put an end to the fraudsters. I sent them documents for verification, my ID, selfie with ID, proof of address, but nothing. Can you give me some guidance on where to report this case. I have a lot of evidence and screenshots.
I once re-opened my account after 5 years of not opening it again, there are several gambling sites that I have and I access it again but I was banned from playing games there and it was also blocked, I think it's normal for the site to freeze my old account because I didn't active, I'm actually still a little confused about what you mean, if you left your money 0.92 BTC for 3 years playing there then why are you just discussing it now or did you actually access your old account then make a deposit today then win and you can't withdraw it, you should your account has been banned or blocked before you play and make a deposit, obviously this is still confusing especially without screenshot proof

It is a normal practice in all casino to block accounts if its is inactive even if there are some money on the account.
In one casino my account with money was blocked because it was inactive for half of year.
The casino has a lot of people and they block inactive accounts even if there are money on it.
It is important to carefully read all terms of use to know all details.
If you do not play in casino it is better to withdraw money from it.
that's my mistake I used to leave my gambling account with some dogecoins there which might be worth now even though it's not much and it's been 5 years not accessing them it didn't seem worth dogecoin back then so i thought leaving it at that point was no problem, after remembering it again and calculating the value of dogecoin first compared to now it is more valuable now so I don't regret it if indeed my account can't be activated again because maybe it was my fault, so letting it go is the best without having to make any debate because what I know the rules are still rules that must be obeyed and respected
