The balance hasn't been created completely since Chelsea were managed by a new coach, that's what I saw from their defeat to Brighton. We can't beat Chelsea's recent results. because in the previous match they worked very well before finally they had to accept defeat. Arsenal are of course a very strong opponent, they don't need to target a win because a draw alone is enough for them.

The new coach was always doing new rotation in any match. The players needs time to adapt with it. Arsenal was using the perfect combination. Chelsea will be so difficult to face arsenal even when it will be played at home. i don't wanna underestimate chelsea but the fact that if chelsea is so difficult when it will be facing the EPL team. Arsenal can be considered as a team that is still on fire like manchester city. It can be seen from the match against brighton if defensive players of chelsea were always making so many mistakes.
Arsenal is having a balanced team for this season. Chelsea may win against it but this has a very small chance to make it happen. it's caused by performance from chelsea may go down.
