But when cryptocurrency started to rise in price they tried to get access to their crypto assets.

Casino very often block account because it is inactive and sometimes support work not very quickly.

I also thought that I could access it again but because maybe it violated the existing rules, so I had to respect the available rules even though I had to lose some small money, it was purely my fault I also shouldn't have left my account let alone leave funds there, because maybe it will frozen in the future by the casino, so consider this a lesson for myself personally
