You can create a topic here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 if you feel that you are wronged.  All we have is assumption, Betfury is accusing you of using Bot, instead of proving them that you did not use any Bot, you called them a scammer.  That definitely don't work in your favor.  Instead of getting the support and sympathy of the customer support, you annoyed them as hell.  That action alone can have your account banned since other casinos are too sensitive with these kind of behaviour.  Anyway, I wish you good luck that you are able to convince via proof that you are playing clean.
