I didn't know that there are licenses which allows gambling site to operate without a KYC but I always thought that license and KYC are co-related to each other but isn't that great? Playing on that type of gambling site is better than playing on a non-licensed site with no KYC because it gives you some assurance that they are safe. It will be hard for them to turn into a scam knowing that their details are already recorded and they can be tracked down easily.
