Everything is read. I think it's best that both parties are allowed to post their points here and then players can make their own decision without my input. On Sept 26, it seems that you both agreed to arbitration. When that's settled, let me know the ruling. Playbetr would obviously be downgraded if they were ruled against and didn't pay. This case withstanding, Playbetr does deserve their "A" rating.
