This thread is not so active and last activity from user is last September so maybe you need to do something to make this thread alive. Inactivity cannot attract players since most of the time people checking threads to know what's going on here. Maybe implement a contest or try to run a signature campaign since this could increase the traffic of your casino just like what other successful casino do here.
It was inactive because they have stopped replying but only if they didn't stop replying in the past, I am sure that this thread will have a lot of replies now but I am glad that they are now back. Let us hope they will not break the connection from the users on this forum. This is for their own good, if they want to gain the trust of the users because a lot of us here feel at home or feel confident playing on a casino that are active on this forum.
We know that when we experience a problem it will always be solved out easily because we can post our concerns here other than the customer support inside their website. They will consider sig campaign but they are only waiting for something like they said above, so just be patient.
Absolutely, as promised, this will not happen again, and we are most happy to address any issue, I think it is safe to say that no question was left unanswered since we have come back and that will remain so.
The signature campaigns are not planned for now, we need some extra growth before this will happen, alternative marketing channels have been allocated the vast majority or the various media buying channels for now, this will change.
As far a contest goes, we are very eager to hear how to do this? We have many things ready for that, but we are not sure if it is permitted to do so in this thread or what would be the appropriate place of doing so and what are the conventions? Any input regarding this is most welcome, we would like to do this.

This had been the common step when it comes to marketing which i could say that it is relevant on doing so.
It might not be that an assured thing to bring out positive results on your business but having exposure or awareness of your existence is better
but if you do find out that having marketing on other mediums does give out good or better results then its your call.
Thing here is t hat you do the basic things which a business must do.Its not surprising that majority of users here
will really be recommending to run off a campaign or any promotion or signature campaign.
