At least with their current condition being in the top 4 positions is a real possibility especially with their current condition which is 8 points adrift from second place actually for a championship position it is also possible to happen.
The problem that Napoli must solve now after taking the mid-season break is to keep its players from leaving during this half of the season.

Why wouldn't championship be the real possibility? I think top 4 is already guaranteed, thats gone, thats easy to calculate, however it is also quite possible that they could end up with championship, I do not see any other team being as good as them right now.

This is why it is going to be quite clear for them to get it and Osimhen will probably leave for 50+ million euro, which is a HUGE amount of money for Italian teams, remember how Inter became so good after selling Lukaku, they had good transfer budget, not that they used it well, they lost the title, but they had money at least. Same will happen to Napoli and if they can use it well enough, they could sustain a championship run.
