Casinos as well as crypto exchange sites try to limit withdrawal if any coin is hacked but that is not a big issue. LTC casino has a too-low limit for withdrawal and also they take a long time to solve an issue. I have not heard that any casino site has too low a withdrawal limit like ltc casino.

Withdraw limits are always a red flag. It means the casino is insolvent and basically a ponzi. If they can't afford to pay big winners they should lower their betting limits, not limit how much winners can withdraw.

Doesn't really matter what the current bet limits are - if the casino needs to limit how much they pay a player per day/week/month to guarantee "that all winners will be paid", they can't afford to take bets at the limits they offer. Waiting for future players to lose in order to pay past winners is ponzi 101.

You're definitely not wrong. I think it's a combination of both - refusing to pay out a players entire balance allows them to operate with a much smaller bankroll, and, yeah, the players obviously just lose it back while waiting for their next payment.
