That's why you don't let other people entrust their funds to you. You have not much to gain but everything to lose.

I don't think Binance is exempted from being "unhacked". They've got hacked years ago.

It's clear that no exchange is safe for us to store funds until now even if it's the best in the world. It's possible that Binance and Coinbase may get hacked again in the future, as these hackers are also improving their skills to create backdoors. Just saying.

I think the hack which @mkr pertaining are due to Binance own security failure and through there customers account breach. The link you provided targeted the exchange customer account through the use of phishing, virus and other means of attacking the user to exposed there credentials thats why the attack is limited only to specific user and not all customer.

I think the hack he is describing is like what happen on Cryptopia and other exchange before that lose the balance on there exchange wallet through breaching the exchange security and not through customer account.
