You have given a good recommendation, it's not a wise idea to be going against the rules of any company. It might not always be easy for these companies to know exactly that VPN is being used, especially when the VPN is very strong, but it is better to generally avoid it to avoid causing trouble for ourselves. A person like me would always be bothered if my account would not get blocked through that act, so it is better for me not to use it to keep my mind at rest.

I still don't know why many people don't know the meaning of DNS, I still don't know why many people don't know the different between DNS and VPN?. I don't mentioned VPN, I don't mentioned people to hide the IP address. the people here have to know DNS not hide your IP address, it's different with VPN.

I has mentioned above, if you are still doubt, you have to asking your site if allowed to change DNS, just simple like that.

My own concern is generally on access settings which might put the user in trouble if care is not taken, and this is majorly about VPN, but not limited to it. And what you are trying to express might be about the DNS, but some companies are strict with any changes and would use any opportunity to deprive anyone of their money. So extra care is needed so that they will not have a legal means of blocking our accounts. That's my plight either VPN, DNS etc.
