You are right. The good bonding between team players is more important than having star players in the team. The likes of Argentina and Germany were defeated despite having plenty of star players. On the other hand, even though Belgium won against Canada, their performance was not good. The performances of smaller teams like Canada, Japan and KSA surprised everyone. And so I see no reason to think that Brazil or Portugal will easily win the next matches. Every match of this World Cup has become quite competitive.
