This type of promotion is done by roobet regularly, they have done it many times and there were some winners in the past with low number of tickets.
Some of previous raffle gave double ticket for playing in Pragmatic games IIRC, and now it is great that players will get x5 ticket by wagering in football matches.

I am not sure but the 15 cents promo is ended long ago or at least I have not seen it lately. Otherwise on daily basis they used to give away these promo codes for few hundreds. You might think its small amount, but it was worth try and you could turn it into couple of ten's just like that by playing crash or dice. It was one of my favorite but I am more into their sports betting now.
