I had 700$ in eth ltc pending withdrawals since months. II had to verify my account so i can withdraw. Before verifying i went to support chat TWO TIMES asking for the cancelation of those withdrawals as i dont have access to those wallets i used months ago. Yesterday i verify my account and guess what happen. No one of the TWO AGENTS i talked with give a shit about what i told them. Withdrawals were still made to the address i gave months ago. Now what? 700$ lost cause two stupid guys cant do their job???

Im just wondering why you didnt remind them again right after you submit a KYC verification and wait for them to confirm that they acknowledge your request of cancellation.
Base on what I see on screenshot. They clearly stated that they cant do anything on your transaction unless your account will be verified. You should make it clear to them that the receiving address is not active anymore in repetition to supports since they always change staff who will handle there live support in daily basis.
I verified my account the same day i sent them last message. And they sent the withdrawals to the address i told them not to do. Didnt i explain correctly ?
Your story is conflicting if you will read it again. You said that your withdrawal is stuck for a month and you didnt mention anything that you verify and approved KYC same day as you requested. People will be easily mislead since you didnt add the info you provide here about the timeline of your withdrawal.
Anyway, This doesnt the fact that the admin confirmed that they will cancel your withdrawal based on your screenshot. The representative clearly stated that they will not process nor
cancel your withdrawal while your account is still not verified.
Dont get me wrong, Im actually confused on how the support missed your request for canceling your withdrawal considering that you mention that the receiving address is already not valid.

1- months ago i did a withdraw , and was stopped cause i had to verify account
2- 6 October ( as you can see in the photo) i told them to cancel withdrawals cause i had no access to those wallets
2- 22 november (the other two photos) i went to chat to tell them then same thing. Later i went to renew my DNI so i can pass KYC. Few hours later i recieve an email saying kyc done and withdrawals made.
