It depends on how established you are in this regard. In the past, several established online casino companies failed to make the highest commitment to security and were unable to proceed with their casino. One of them was BitGame who, despite successfully operating, walked away from the project only because of security concerns.

You should think of other solutions ti fight those cheaters other than remining bonuses all together. Without bonuses, you will have hard time to attract customers.
You can, for example, impose high wagering requirement before à player can withdraw his bonus winnings. I also believe that there is nothing wrong on asking users to complete kyc if you detect any suspecious activity (like logging in from the same IP, depositing from the same address..)
