The representative of Coinplay hasn't visited the forum since last few days. If you have made communication with them through the forum PM feature only then you haven't received any response from them yet. Have you tried to reach them through their email support? I'm expecting to see a better outcome from you. Because, OP has always ignored our questions regarding this matter.
OP was online some time ago, unfortunately he post nothing in this thread but hope he gave a reply to Royse.
Still we are all waiting for OP to explain everything related to the sign that they are under the same management with 1xbit.
Frankly speaking, I created a throw away account few days back and made a small deposit to try the sportsbook.
I placed few bets, and I tried to try the coupon/betslip check of 1xbit to search for my bets in coinplay, the result shows that my bets are not found.
