My guess is that the campaign manager also hasn't received any answer from coinplay so Royse can't provide the latest updates regarding this issue because it's impossible to hold back the clarifications if he has received an important update regarding this issue, the quicker the clarification will be the better for this new gambling site.

From indications, it clear that the OP clearly don't know where to begin from or how to deny the allegations here, which also confirms that coinplay is indeed an affiliate company of 1xbit.

So for personally, I would urge us to give coinplay the benefit of the doubt and give them time to see how they turn out, maybe 1xbit is trying to use this new casino to write their wrongs and make amends, the future is what will clarify everything, how they handle and resolve issues with customers, how quick they respond to issue regarding their and customer winnings/fund...

I still would advice gamblers to apply caution when using this casino, and those that must, they should gamble with small amount for the time being and see how it goes in the long run.. I believe it wont be too long before we can know if coinplay is here to continue were 1xbit stopped or here to really write all the wrongs of 1xbit and make amends.
