Well sorry to say there's no sign or any crypto news that could easily drive btc to $18400 as you may speculated it and if there's any need then I sense it to be common bear trap which many would thought is already going all green without knowing is a common trap to investors who don't study the market properly before investing.

Only the big whales can control the rise and dump of bitcoin, it's very important to know and have a clear view on how the market operates. Everyone have their own prediction on bitcoin but it takes only strong signal analysis either Fundamt or technical to predict bitcoin. Mind you, bitcoin sometimes retest to these prediction and go against it, but we hoping for bitcoin to do a little bull move which will entrapped most traders who are eagerly waiting for the bull season to start. But th bear market still exists and probably might cover throughout the year.
