sure. its possible. when you are with your friends who also are trying their luck to the lottery, they do have input on what possibly the city are doing to cheat us. one example of the theory is that some of these table tennis balls are heavier and some are lighter. who can tell, we are not in the venue of where they draw those numbers. there are always theories.

in my country there is no lottery like that only the numbers come out? chances are in your country it is better with the air mix lottery machine

which is a good reason to actually think the lottery game your country have is rigged. you don't even see how its drawn. but just present you the results. so much room to suspect with it.

ours are televised since its sponsored by the gambling authority in the country and the rest of the funds are also going to charity to help medical for the less fortunate. every country has insane politics so don't think our are better than yours.
