The new coach has not been at Chelsea long and trains the players as they are at Chelsea, so it is too early to judge whether a coach is good or bad because each coach needs time to prove his ability to train the team to be better. There is no coach who enters the team today, then immediately wins the next day. Coaching is a process to win a championship and it definitely takes a lot of time, so what you rate today for Chelsea, in my opinion, is still inadequate because Chelsea has not replaced a coach for a long time.

I agree that a coach needs time to really understand the team he is holding. However, what Graham Potter showed was a decline. We can see that in the first 3 matches he coached Chelsea, he made a good start. But the longer it takes a series of negative results that he always gets. It was a problem he needed to solve as soon as possible. Chelsea doesn't have much time to stay in this situation as the league goes on. Luckily they were able to reconstruct their strategy in light of this international break.

Whenever we say the case of Graham Potter and Chelsea we should do it with all amount of consideration. This is because Graham Poter has not actually gotten enough time to change the situation of Chelsea, if you look at the case many players are even injured and all of them has not been available to give Potter the selecting options.
