My guess is that he submitted his KYC right after the issue happened but he didn't expect the result. He thinks submitting KYC will solve the problem but it only made it worst. I think there's more than this than the KYC issue. Maybe this user did something illegal before and that is why his withdrawals are not processed.
About the lowered limits, I think this one is normal as I see this happening with other users but I haven't saw that their withdrawals are stuck. He already provided a screenshot there on the ibb link. I think that composes their conversation with the customer support of yas.bet but when I click it shows an error. He should have re-upload it to other image hosting sites like imgur or imgbb.
