1xbit Forum admin does not respond to private messages either.even though he's online every day
read the answer of the OP above from other pages mate and you'll find what answer you are asking because it is the same reply you will all get from them as i followed this thread over the years and yes there is no improvement about the people complaining and the company replying.
it could be that they enabled the feature where they won't receive any PMs from newbies. also, as far as I know,
I think that is what they did because almost cases here are from newbies or from outside the forum .
