There is option 3 that doesn't make sense after Saudi offers which is USA.
Option 4: home sweet home but what's the point now? He can return after a year or two.

The Chelsea rumour isn't even that certain yet because the coach is yet to accept him. It is not that Ronaldo isn't still prolific again but his problem is the distabalization he causes to a team. If he goes to Saudi he might be worshipped as a God there but Ronaldo is still eager to compete mostly against Messi. Had Messi left for non European team, Ronaldo will also have left.

His world Cup performance was supposed to be his showboating to new clubs but it is not going on well right now. He is even currently on bench for this round of 16 tie with Switzerland
