Well, if Liverpool can make a good offer I think they can surely persuade Bayern Munich to Musiala he is from Chelsea and is now a great player for Bayern Munich and not Chelsea wants him back pretty much Jamal Musiala has broken his boundaries for Chelsea to want him back, and there are other teams that want him aswell, but like you have said Bayern Munich is not like Dortmund that pretty much wants profit so badly, Bayern Munich wants the championship 1st then the profit next, so Chelsea will have to make a great or higher offer to persuade Bayern Munich in handling back Jamal Musiala,
Bayern seems to be holding on to this young player because they are aware that the role of Musiala, who is currently Muller's successor, is obviously still quite important, but on the other hand, we also know that they are businessmen and it's not wrong to let go of young players to get a lot of money, especially when they do that was when Lewandowski left. I think there are still many possibilities that will happen to this player, although my hope is still there.
I believe Chelsea will regret this one,he is such a young and vibrant player, maybe since Chelsea donot so much believe in developing young players, they did not see the need to keep him,but anybody who is interested in young players would not see such talent and sell.
Liverpool want a young player in that calibre that can change a game when brought on as either a substitute or when starting, and Musiala has that ability of making a difference in the team.I believe if a reasonable offer is presented to Bayern by Liverpool,I think they would sell the player.
