There is a chance. If they can defeat Spain, then why not Portugal? Afterall, Portugal is ranked below Spain. after what Ramos showed against Switzerland, I think there is another option for the Portuguese coach to still bench Ronaldo at the start of the match. Portugal's game looked more aggressive in the match against Switzerland.
if Ronaldo is played from the first half, it looks like there will be a rotation of several players from the formation used in the match against Switzerland. Portugal still has a bigger chance of winning. but Morocco could have a surprise. however, they forced Spain into a penalty shootout. if that happened to Portugal, Morocco might get the same victory.
