Though I don't understand completely what you mean by this, but if you are a serious gambler hoping to win some big buck some day, then get your account verified, it is for your own good after all, if you stick with a casino where the cap withdrawal Is $1000 for a account without kyc verification, I tell you, a day would come when luck would locate you, and you win a really big amount of money and would want to withdraw a far higher amount, by this time, the document that the casino would ask for to verify you won't be the regular kind of ID, passport and stuffs like that, but some document you might have a hard time providing, and God help the casino that you aren't able to provide it, that's how your money is gonna remain stuck online till infinity.

It's means he doesn't want to do KYC in any gambling sites, as you thought. He will find any casino without need to do KYC but we can withdraw big money from there. But if the casino asks his KYC when he won big enough until he need KYC, i don't think it will be a problem for him as he is a regular player and old player already on gambling world.

That's the problem of people overthink to much about their safety since they will have trust issues on platforms asking for this requirements. But its really better for other gamblers to see this as normal thing and if they know the casino where they usually play is reputable then there's no problem regarding on this issuance. Maybe they will be afraid if there's a back story of scamming since they might get an issue regarding of what they submit to them.
