I'm not sure whether the site is a scam shit or not but I'm pretty sure that almost all the casinos require you to have minimum wagering on any deposit (though I don't know their exact wagering requirement)before you are capable of having a withdraw. Casino has these practices to prevent money laundering; otherwise, anyone may use the casino as a mixing service without paying a lot of service fee.

This is pretty much common with a new casino as they may not have enough fund to afford to proceed a big withdrawal. It's good fopr their sustainability; thye must have mentioned this on their ToS though.
