It would be way different both for England and for Kane. Harry Kane has scored 53 goals alongside Rooney as England top goalscorer, if only he had scored the 2nd penalty than he would have been the England top goalscorer as well as being the hero that save England on that day. He is still one of the best penalty takers though but he wasted his chance on that day and that would have haunt him
