I have a serious problem since 1 week.
I have a stake account that I've been using for two years and never had a problem.
Recently I made some gains. I made a small withdrawal directly to Asianconnect to take advantage of a better odds.
The withdrawal went through but a few minutes later I received an email informing me that my account was suspended and I should contact
accounts@stake.com for more information. It was December 5.
I received a response today stating
"Due to a repeated breach of Stake's Terms of Service regarding multi-accounting, all functionality on your account has been removed."
https://imgur.com/a/cJWRaQdI don't understand. The account I currently have is the only one I use. The withdrawal to asianconnect probably gave them a false alert. But I certify that I only use one account and I have never had a problem. I have almost $200k staked.
I have about $14k locked up.
I replied to their email. But what will it be please? I'm afraid of losing my money.
Ftx has already ruined me
maybe if you don't use multiple related accounts you don't need to worry, everything will be done, but it only takes time because the team might be busy.
