I guess that Shiba will most likely go uptrend again if some whales put a huge volume, and we all know that this altcoin is known for every trader even newbies trying their luck if it will go shoot above the ATH. And, obviously that if the market goes on bullish again before 2024 then BTC will surely hit more than $60k, as we can see on the chart that it doesn't hit the lower low.

Yes it could happen to Shiba because the possibility will always exist,
even so 2024 is still long and i don't think we can predict it,
maybe we need to follow its progress all the time so that then we can analyze it
