Closing a customer's account for this reason I think it is a very exaggerated step that even makes people afraid to create an account in your casino because if a person is going to complain about something about your casino in that forum then that person will already be in the sights of seeing the his account being closed in your casino, I think this is something very dangerous

They don't disclose cashback or rewards you will get, meaning it gets changed from time to time without disclosure or letting users know this.

"Judging" on their own minds is a BIG concern to close an account. Meaning they will do it every time they feel mad or "threatened".
