I can't agree here. Though I don't gamble big, nor an active gambler, we have seen so many account freezing, confiscation of fund with so called good reason. If all that are good reason, why don't casino look at them before the account win big? Why only after win big?

KYC is bad in many ways. Look at how Gemini lost a huge database to hacker. And regarding the data sell, it's very much possible. It's not a myth of course.

Yes KYC is bad in some ways but there are still some gambling site that really do require KYC for legal purposes afterall you can't do anything once they already asked you and you should comply in order to place bet or unfreeze your account. There's a lot of risk everywhere and we should be careful particularly to our private information.
