I think that those kind of emails click is not supportive in decencies that it might result out what we have not expected or what do we do not expected because clicking those area can link to another angle that will have not expected to experience so that is why I don't advise anyone to clique a link that is related to and email

I think you are saying that we should not click on those links we get through emails and if so yes we don't need to click any of those links without doing any research in hope of getting free rewards as it's risky but make your decision after checking on the legit resources to see if it's right or not.
