True but at the same time it's important to only start with a balance you are ok with losing. I know there is no money that doesn't hurt losing but at least it shouldn't hinder your daily routine. My friends in past have taken loans to trade and it didn't went very well.

Yes, there is no money that we don't feel sorry for if the money is lost, but if it's already detrimental to our health, it's best to just stop trading. Or we can take an investment instrument that is more stable and has better long-term potential, for example gold. Many long-term investors have invested in this instrument, even if the profit is small, it does not affect their health. And also if we are not ready to trade on margin, you should avoid this type of trading.
There is nothing to bet on, moreover, it risks our health. Health is a very expensive thing in life, this is really valuable and I don't think it can be bought with any amount of money.
I agree, that regret will come when you lose money, but it is minimized when you are ready to lose. Regret will always be there, it's just that maybe it's not like the regret we feel when we lose money that we ourselves aren't ready to lose, at least that's what I've felt so far.
It is very difficult when the problem is health, especially in trading that has risks like here. Even if moving to a stable investment, if health is the problem I don't think it will get rid of the problem itself.
