I agree, that regret will come when you lose money, but it is minimized when you are ready to lose. Regret will always be there, it's just that maybe it's not like the regret we feel when we lose money that we ourselves aren't ready to lose, at least that's what I've felt so far.
It is very difficult when the problem is health, especially in trading that has risks like here. Even if moving to a stable investment, if health is the problem I don't think it will get rid of the problem itself.

Health is indeed valuable because if things gets complicated then no matter how much money you do have, it cant assure you that you would really be able to live longer or something that could save you
up from death.This is why it would really be that sensible that you should really need to take care of your health and wont really be just focusing on how to make money because once you die
then you cant really bring all of those things after life.So its better to be mindful when it comes to your health and try out to avoid on things which do make you stress
or does contribute out giving out that kind of negative effect into your life.
